As I slowly return to training, coach has got me doing some work in the gym. All foundation laying stuff.
Exercises are a combination of body weight and actual weight. Of course there are some exercises that I don’t like but I believe that is down to me feeling weak.
As work is still quite busy, I’m grateful to have a gym located in our building.
The struggle is real but hey we get up each day, be grateful for life and get the session done. It will be worth it in the end.
Thankfully back on the bike tomorrow am. 🚴🏾♀️💨
